Westray are happy to announce our client is looking for a HR Administrator, our client is a dynamic and customer-focused organisation committed to providing exceptional service.   • Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks; ensuring that all employee and HR records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records, liaising with managers
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • To report KPIs to groups
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues (WFH flexibility)
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Preparing job offer emails and employment offer contracts
  • Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Creating employee training materials under the guidance of the learning and development manager
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Assisting with monthly payroll and resolving payment issues
  • Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes


  • Works to 100% accuracy
  • CIPD Level 3 required
  • Clear understanding of Employment Law is essential
  • Has high attention to detail
  • Ensures that confidentiality is retained
  • Displays the correct level of empathy
  • Can recognise “risk” to the company and will act accordingly
  • Can work at pace, and adjust plans accordingly to deal with unforeseen events
  • Constantly looks for improvements to current HR processes
