THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group are seeking a Window Fitter to join our highly established and recognised client in Newcastle. Our client operates nationwide constructing new build homes and serving local communities. This is a permanent role from day 1 with a lucrative package and the chance to work for a highly recognised organisation.

THE ROLE

• You will be responsible for the skilful installation of a wide range of windows for customers.
• Installation of Double Glazed Windows.
• Carrying out repairs, alterations and adjustments to windows, french doors, front and back doors.
• Changing double glazed units.
• Changing front doors and door frames.
• Complete accurate measuring and fitting.
• Acting as the face of the business and dealing with customers in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring the companies values are upheld at all times.
• Esuring all locations worked in are left in pristine condition.
• Ensuring that you take pride in your work.

THE PERSON

Essential:

• Previous experience in a similar role fitting windows.
• Experience working with UPVC window standards.
• Be able to use silicone sealant to a high standard.
• Team player and a people person.
• Trade skills and knowledge.

Desirable:

• NVQ or C&G qualifications.
• CSCS Card
