With 17 years of experience at Westray, Ashleigh is well-equipped to take over the reins from her mother, Maureen, who founded Westray Recruitment Group back in 1990 and has built it into a successful business.

Ashleigh has played a key role in the growth and development of Westray Recruitment Group over the years. Her commitment to excellence, strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industry making her the right person to lead Westray into the future.
