THEROLE

  • Proactivelygeneratenewbusinessopportunities,withastrongfocusonTier3“hunting”activity
  • Supportthemanagementandgrowthofexistingcustomeraccountsacrossalltiersthroughhigh-qualityservicedelivery
  • Actasaprimarypointofcontactfornominatedcustomers,ensuringstrongrelationshipmanagement
  • Providedesk-basedsalessupportwhileaccompanyingtheBDMonselectedclientvisitswhenrequired
  • Handleinboundandoutboundsalesactivity,includingleadgeneration,follow-ups,andpipelinemanagement
  • Ensureallcustomerinteractionsareaccurate,compliant,andcommerciallysound
  • Processandfulfilcustomerordersefficientlyandwithinagreedtimelines
  • Resolvecustomerenquiriesandcomplaintspromptly,escalatingwherenecessary
  • Preparequotes,proposals,presentations,andcontractsforbothinternalandexternalstakeholders
  • Increasebothexistingandnewbusinesssales
  • Betheprimarypointofcontactfornominatedcustomerrelatedenquiries
  • Fulfilordersinatimelyandefficientmanner
  • Fieldcustomerenquiries,resolveanycustomercomplaintsandescalatewhenrequired
  • Preparepresentations,proposals,andsalescontractstobedeliveredtointernalandexternalpartiesandstakeholders
